Taxis parked across from railroad station

These older American cars are Illegal taxis. They will take you anywhere for half

the price of a state owned taxi but they ask you not to look like a "tourist"

(don't be taking pictures etc.) or they get in trouble.
State owned taxis are new Mercedez Benz wagon and Audis.
